As the name implies, Ethics is our primary core value. We believe trust is the foundation to building the right relationships both externally and internally. Externally, trust is critical because when a company is looking to outsource, it needs a partner who understands and takes care of its business, like it would itself. Chinese companies may not come to top-of-mind, but at Ethos, we know that taking care of your business is our business. We promise what we can deliver and deliver what we promise. We believe that Excellence goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to good Ethics. There is no sense in delivering a project on time, without excellent quality. A job not done well, is a job not done. One way we strive for excellence is determining measures of success for our projects from the start. These benchmarks set everyone’s expectations from the beginning on what is an excellent project. Throughout the project, we also are transparent in our progress updates with respect to these benchmarks.

Evolving

Even the best companies have room for improvement. Companies that do not change can not meet the needs of a business environment which continuously does. Ethos believes in continual self-examination and improvement. At a project level, “lessons learned” are run internally as well as externally. Even as a project begins, the client is asked to evaluate the presales process. Just as we are part of the customer’s team, the customer is a part of ours.
